We sincerely apologise for the damage or misplacement of your checked baggage which was reported at the Baggage Desk at your arrival airport.

This form is to make a claim for checked in baggage which has already been reported to Ryanair as damaged or misplaced at your arrival airport and a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) has been issued. This PIR Report includes a 10 character file reference which must be included when making your claim. This reference is located at the top of the report (EG. STNFR12345).

Please note this claim form cannot be used as the initial notification to Ryanair regarding your misplaced/damaged luggage

Claim Deadlines

The reporting of damage/misplaced baggage at your arrival airport does not represent a claim to Ryanair and therefore it is necessary to also make a claim directly, within the time limits set by the Montreal Convention 1999 and Ryanair’s General Terms and Conditions of Carriage (see time limits below):
