To make a claim for checked in baggage/mobility equipment, you will need the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) issued to you at the arrival airport when you reported your damaged/missing property. If you do not have a PIR, you will not be able to proceed with your claim.
This PIR Report includes a 10 character file reference which must be included when making your claim. This reference is located at the top of the report (EG. STNFR12345).
Claim DeadlinesThe reporting of damage/misplaced baggage/mobility equipment at your arrival airport does not represent a claim to Ryanair and therefore you must make a claim directly, within the time limits set by the Montreal Convention 1999 and Ryanair’s General Terms and Conditions of Carriage (see time limits below).
Please complete the below Baggage Claim form attaching all relevant receipts or proof of purchase to vouch your claim. Claims are normally processed within 20 working days and responses will be sent to the email provided in the below claim form.
